Many of our clients initially came to us for advice on how to turn their idea into a trading entity or how to structure their existing business, usually from a sole trader to a partnership or company. Those clients have remained with us and we have continued to advise on a wide range of issues such as partnership agreements, shareholders agreements, directors duties and responsibilities, finance, employment matters, commercial contracts, terms and conditions, mergers and acquisitions, management buy outs and have conducted substantial due diligence exercises as these companies have grown, often beyond recognition. We become an integral part of the operation as we understand the needs and requirements of each client and work as part of the team. There are often political issues within an entity particularly where there is more than one person involved, and we are able to use our considerable skills in negotiating and settling disputes as amicably, fairly and as cost effectively as possible. Where a situation requires a firmer approach we will without hesitation act accordingly. We are experienced litigators and robust in our approach.

Often a client will be specific in respect of his/her requirements, equally a client will have little or no idea where to start and will need guidance as well as advice. We are as happy to answer general queries over the telephone as we are to embark on a management buy out or due diligence exercise.

Unfortunately there are times when businesses experience difficulties in respect of cash flow, recovering outstanding debts or may be looking at insolvency or bankruptcy. We understand the frustrations and anxiety in trying to contain these situations and provide a full service in respect of debt recovery and insolvency matters.

New clients tend to come to us through recommendation and stay with us as we cover just about every requirement. Apart from the services outlined above we advise on all intellectual property matters including copyright, design rights and trademark and all employment and immigration/visa/nationality issues.

We understand that matters are often urgent and require a swift response. If we are not immediately available we will endeavour to return your call on the same day. Most of our clients have interests world wide and we are available to travel abroad to attend meetings, however we make it a priority that existing business during our absence is dealt with and try to ensure that we are contactable wherever we may be.
